Information Kredited collects
Kredited may collect names, contact details, pathway interests, public enquiry details, referral information, candidate profile details, uploaded documents, evidence metadata, portal messages, task information, authentication details, account-state records, audit records, Terms acceptance records and administrative notes needed to provide the requested service.
How information is collected and used
Information may be collected through public enquiries, RPL and skills assessment intake forms, student admissions enquiries, referral partner submissions, authorised candidate uploads, account creation, portal use and staff administration. Kredited uses this information to review enquiries, coordinate matters, manage referrals, operate secure portals, handle document requests, maintain audit records and support legal or compliance review.
Disclosure and service providers
Kredited may disclose relevant information to RTOs, education providers, assessing authorities or other third parties where necessary for the requested administrative service. Kredited also uses technology and hosting providers to operate authentication, database, private storage, website and security functions.
Private storage and access controls
Candidate documents are stored in private storage and access is limited by authorised role, account state and candidate, matter or referral relationship. Kredited cannot promise absolute security, but uses technical and administrative controls designed to reduce unauthorised access.
Retention, deletion and read-only states
Records may be retained for operational, audit, legal or compliance purposes. Some closed or retained candidate accounts may have read-only access. Deletion requests are reviewed and may be refused or delayed where retention, legal-compliance hold, audit integrity or other legitimate requirements apply.
Access, correction and privacy enquiries
You may contact Kredited using the public enquiry form to request access to, correction of, or review of information associated with your enquiry or authorised account. Kredited will assess privacy enquiries and complaints according to the nature of the request and applicable requirements.
